What to do if you can't get rid of comment notifications

The bell icon in the top right hand corner of the site shows you how many unread notifications you've got.

To read the notifications (and mark them as read), please click the bell icon and select 'view all notifications' from the bottom of the notifications popup.

You can then scroll through the notifications section (there may be several pages of them!) This will reduce and clear the number.
