What to do if you have questions or feedback about course content

We provide undergraduate level courses from the world’s leading universities. Anyone with an interest in the subjects covered is welcome to join a course, whether you're a high school leaver considering studying the subject at university, an undergraduate looking to complement their teaching, a working professional or someone learning for leisure. 

If foundation knowledge is needed for a particular course, we'll say so in the course requirements. Sometimes, courses are pitched at professionals with specific experience in certain fields, and we'll say so here too.

What to do if you need something explained

We expect that some of the content will stretch our learners. We also know that our communities are great at supporting each other - if you're struggling with a particular step, we'd encourage you to mention this in the comments section to see if anyone can help.

What to do if you disagree with something

Please do share your point of view in your discussions with our educators and other learners - we love constructive debate! However, be sure to read and follow our Code of Conduct as you comment.
