If it's been more than six weeks since your digital certificate was issued and you haven't received your printed certificate, you can get in touch to find out about your order.
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number. This order number was included on the “Thanks for your order” page and in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
Please note: only learners who have Upgraded and joined premium courses receive printed certificates. Unlimited learners and those on ExpertTracks and sponsored courses only receive digital certificates.
