Finding and downloading your digital certificate

To get a certificate, you will normally need to pay to upgrade your course or become an Unlimited learner.

Some of our courses offer a free digital upgrade. You can find a list of our courses with free digital upgrades here.

You will also need to meet the eligibility criteria for receiving a certificate.

You can access your digital certificate using the direct link in your confirmation email, or in your achievements:

• Click on your profile picture at the top right hand side of the site (if you haven't uploaded a profile picture, your default profile picture will be your initials in a coloured box)
• Select 'Your Learning'
• Click on  'Achievements'

From here you can download or share your certificate.

You can also view your certificates in the Achievements section on your profile page, but this won't include any certificates on private courses.
