Why aren't digital upgrades available to all learners worldwide?
Development work has always been an integral part of the British Council’s mission to create international opportunities and build trust between people around the world. The British Council is particularly committed to increasing access to education in less economically-developed countries.
In order to qualify, learners must live in countries that are eligible for Official Development Assistance (ODA) from the UK, and must have completed at least five steps of their selected course.
Is this opportunity available to British Council staff?
Unfortunately, British Council staff are not eligible for digital upgrades.
