As the name suggests, you have to pay to access any part of a Premium course. You can tell if the course your looking at is a Premium course because you won’t see the option to join for free, and the information banner at the top of the page will show the duration, recommended weekly study time and price:

If you join a Premium course, you will need to pay for it before you can access any of the course content.
Once you’ve paid, you’ll be taken to an order confirmation page containing a Go to course link:
