What does the writing at the bottom of my certificate mean?

While our short courses are created and validated by our university partners and are a really valuable way to continue learning, it's important to state clearly that they're not a degree or part of a degree from that university.

If you’ve verified your identity, we will state this at the bottom of your certificate. If you have an old-style digital certificate which says that you haven’t verified your identity, email us at [e-mail] and we will generate you a new digital certificate.
