In this article we cover possible reasons you might be having trouble with going to the next week of your course, including getting stuck on the last step of the first week of your course or running into a weekly access limit.
Last step confusion
If you're stuck on the first week of your course To-do list, this article should help you continue.
When you click on the Continue button at the top of your To-do list, you'll be taken to the last course step you looked at. When that's the last step of a week, clicking on the "next step" arrow will take you back to your To-do list, which can make you feel like you're stuck in a loop.
To get to the next week on the course, scroll to the top of your To-do list and click on the next week. For example, if you're currently on week 1, click on week 2.
Then scroll down past the Continue button and click on the first step of that week, and you'll be back on track.
Limited weekly access
If you’re seeing a padlock symbol (see below image) when you try to go to the next week of your course then you are on a course with limited weekly access. This means you have to follow the course schedule with content unlocking week-by-week. An opening date for the next week of your course should be stated next to the week number (see the highlighted section on the attachment).

To move on to the next week straight away, you can either upgrade your course or become a monthly Unlimited subscriber.
