You have 14 days from the day the course starts to apply for a refund. Please note that some Microcredentials are partially non-refundable due to costs being incurred at the point of enrolment. If a Microcredential has any non-refundable costs they will be clearly stated in the ‘Overview’ section of the Microcredential description page.
If you would like to request a deferral to the next run of the course/refund please email mc.support@futurelearn.com from the email address linked to your FutureLearn account confirming:
- The name of the microcredential you would like to defer/claim a refund for
- Whether you have a funded place on the microcredential. (If you or an organisation have paid for your seat via the checkout page then you do not have a funded place)
- The reason for your deferral/cancellation request - please include anything you feel is appropriate
Please note we are only able to request a deferral for you to the next available microcredential course start date, and that you may only be able to defer once.
