This article explains shipping and delivery for certificates on Upgrade and Premium courses. Our other courses offer only digital certificates.
How do you send your certificates?
We ship printed certificates worldwide using Royal Mail's International standard service. In this article we'll cover:

Shipping charges
We don’t charge you anything in addition to the advertised price of our products for shipping. The cost of shipping certificates to you is incorporated into the price of our paid products.
Formatting your address if it's not in English
Please select your country from the drop down list and complete the remainder of the address in the language your local postal service will best understand. The UK postal service will send the envelope to the country selected and once it arrives there your local postal service will be able to read the rest of the address and deliver it to the correct location.
Changing your shipping address
Please get in touch at orders@futurelearn.com with your order number - if we haven't already sent your certificate we can change your shipping address.
Wait times for your certificate
Your digital certificate will be available as soon as you meet the eligibility criteria. You should receive your printed certificate within six weeks of your digital certificate being issued.
Our system is automated, so unfortunately we can't speed it up.
If you are expecting a delivery outside of the UK, please check Royal Mail's International Incident Bulletin for any incidents that may be impacting delivery times in your Country.
Tracking and shipment numbers
We use Royal Mail's International Standard service. It isn't a tracked service so we can't track your shipment or provide a shipment number.
What to do if your certificate doesn't arrive
The majority of our certificates arrive without any issue. If you’ve been waiting longer than six weeks for your printed certificate, please email orders@futurelearn.com with your order number.
(This order number is included on the “Thanks for your order” page and in the confirmation email you received when you paid.)
