If you sign in to your FutureLearn account using your email address, you can delete your account in your account settings:
- Sign in to futurelearn.com
- Click your profile picture in the top right hand corner of the site (if you haven't uploaded a profile picture, your default profile picture will be your initials in a coloured box)
- Click "Account"
- Click "Delete account" and follow the instructions there.
If you sign in to FutureLearn using your Facebook or Google account:
- Get in touch with us at email@example.com, using the email address you registered with.
If you are taking an ExpertTrack, you will need to cancel your ExpertTrack subscription before you can delete your account.
Deleting your account will remove all access to your courses, programs and degrees. This includes your progress on current courses, any comments you have made, and any digital statements you have bought.
If you’re leaving because you’re receiving too many emails from us, you can change your settings instead if you'd prefer.
