This article contains instructions for adding new payment cards to your FutureLearn Subscriptions, including Unlimited and ExpertTracks, and changing which card your payments are taken from by default.
While logged into FutureLearn, click on your profile image (which may be a coloured box with your initials) and click on Account. This will take you to your Account area. Click on Subscriptions; you will see your account overview, which includes the option to "manage my payments" and a list of the active subscriptions you currently have.

Click on "manage my payments" . You will see a new page with a number of options, including one labelled Payment methods. Click on Manage my payments. You will see a list of the payment cards you currently have assigned to this account for each Unlimited or ExpertTrack subscription.

If your previous subscription expired a while ago, you may not see any card details in your account. You will be taken to a page where you can enter the details of your new payment card.
Another tab will open; please click on 'Payment methods'.

In there you will need to enter your card details and then click 'Add’. When you have done this, go back to your account and in the “subscription” section you can “Reactivate your subscription”

Please note that no payment will be taken if you only change or add the card details.
If you have changed the card details for your Unlimited subscription, the payment will be taken only when your previous subscription ends.
