Check you haven't entered your name while paying
A common problem when people are trying to pay on the site is that they enter the name in the card number field. Our payment gateway system, Stripe, doesn't ask for the name on your card. All it requires is the card number, expiry date and CVV, so please only enter the details requested.
Try manually typing your address
If your computer auto-fills your address please try typing it in manually.
Try using a different browser and/or network
Occasionally, browsers can affect button functionality, so if you're having trouble with the payment being actioned we advise trying a different browser as this may help. As well as using a different browser on your computer, we suggest trying a different device and network, e.g. instead of using desktop browser and Wi-Fi, use your mobile phone and mobile data connection.
If any buttons are not displaying/working as you'd expect
It may be that JavaScript is not enabled. To confirm that JavaScript is enabled, visit http://www.supportdetails.com This will show your current browser setup.
If JavaScript is disabled you can enable it in your browser settings menu. You can find instructions for doing that here.
If your card is declined, try contacting your bank
We recommend that you contact your bank to ask for more information and ask for future charges to be accepted. Unfortunately, most bank declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a specific charge was declined.
Paying without a credit or debit card
Right now we can only accept online payments, made by card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or PayPal. You can't pay by telephone, Western Union or any other payment methods. In the future we want to add more options, and we're sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Someone else can pay for your certificate if they have a credit/debit card. You'll need to allow them access to your account so they can enter their card details upon checkout. Don't worry, their card details aren't stored on the system for future purchases.
