Help guides for using external software for a course are often posted within the course pages, please make sure to check course articles for links and downloads for external software and for email addresses for external software support teams.
You can also post your course related questions and comments in the 'comments' section on the page you are studying. This way the educators and other learners will be able to engage where possible.

If you make a mistake adding a marker to a Zeemaps map our community team won't have access to edit it for you, but if you come back to the map from the same browser that you used to create the marker, you should be able to edit it. To do so, click on the marker to open its information balloon and then click on the marker name. This will bring up an edit dialog that will allow you to make changes to your entry.
If that doesn't work, if you send a link of the map with your entry details to email@example.com they’ll be able to delete the entry.
